CTC : 40 to 60 lacs

Work Timings ( 12.00 to 9.00 or 2.00 to 11.00)

Client : An MNC Adtech company (with Offices in US / UK / Dubai / India)

Job Description:

Understand product specifications and user psychology and collaborate with cross-functional product teams to implement an enterprise-wide UX/UI design strategy.

- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

- Facilitate the stakeholder's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.

- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (example: usability, findability), Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.

- Create innovative solutions for a wide variety of product design challenges, including mobile, desktop etc.

- Plan and define strategy for the direction of future iterations.

- Advocate for design solutions, highlighting inputs that influenced the decisions including business and user goals, demographic and usage data, and research findings.

- Have the ability to think holistically and possess a high level of awareness of the impact that his/her work will have on the overall product and company vision.

- Collaborate and brainstorm with product teams to better understand our solutions and how they help our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Around 6-12 years of work experience working on end-user facing products and experiences preferably for a large-scale Internet Company conducting user experience design and research in an international, high-tech, consumer-oriented environment, including 3+ years managing a team of designers.

- Ability to work in an Agile development environment and communicate your ideas to engineers and stakeholders.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter who actively seeks ways to improve the customer experience, both visually and functionally.

- Passion for practical application of research findings.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to clearly explain design decisions.

- Strong visual and interaction design skills.

- Proactive problem solver who can handle multiple complex projects and tasks.

- Ability to balance product requirements, UI/UX best practices, customer insights, and innovation.

- A product-minded and consumer-centric approach

- Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

- A portfolio of UI UX case studies that demonstrate the design thinking process, an ability to deconstruct problems/need and produce successful features delivering impact.

- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
