- Co-own the end-to-end experience of one of Org's customer-facing products
- Ideate, craft and iterate on experiences for new and existing products across the ORG ecosystem.
- Produce multiple concepts and prototypes, understanding when deeper exploration is warranted and when it is best to change paths and try another approach.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to constantly work towards consistent design language across ORG verticals.
- Work with your peers in product, engineering and use product insights to turn user insights and business needs into products that drive balanced business value through a process of quick explorations, product definition, and product validation
- Care about the impact of your work. Have a point of view on how to evaluate the success of your designs.
