Lead - Product Design - eCommerce

What are we looking at:

Someone who will work closely with the CEO, Product Heads, Tech Head, Content Head, and others to establish Design Team Vision and Goals, Set a Design Tone and Language that stands outs, Streamline Design team Structures and Operating Model, Manage/mentor, Coach and Guide Design Team Members, Build Talent Capabilities of the Design Function. Set strategic direction, and the design evolution of our platform user experience and interfaces, while also leads the hands-on execution of User research & design. Contribute towards Product Design, from concept through development with the use of Information Architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and customer journeys. Transform business needs, market research, and user insights into innovative concepts Scope, plan, and lead UX activities from initial requirements to the concept, interaction design, and development. Create world-class customer experiences and beautiful visuals that support and reinforce our client's vision, brand, and business objectives across all platforms.

Experience are we looking at:

- Product Design Expertise (Mobile Platform) is a must for minimum of six years and above, Experience of working with senior stakeholders, played a decision-making role, managing a team, aspires to transition into a head role, has experience of ideating, conceptualizing, and executing design projects end to end.

- Notice:: Immediate Joiners preferred with maximum upto 20 Days notice post offer.

- Skills :: UI/UX design, product design, mobile platform product design and should be from startup product based companies.

- Working with high level management like CEO/COO/CTO etc & directly deal with stake holders. should managing or leading the team of min 4 designers.

Location : Gurgaon (current WFH for 5 to 6 months)
