ROLE - Procurement and Supply chain Data Analytics ,Systems and Reporting Process Lead with a leading shared services (Captive unit) supporting the operations of a Refinery in UK. Working Hours : UK hours Location Mumbai Looking Candidates who have have worked in Oil & Gas industry Candidate must have below skills - Experience in negotiations, stakeholder and supplier relationship management and Inventory management. -Significant proven experience of working with SAP and SAP Ariba, ERP Systems - Significant experience of UK contract and employment law - Ability to develop and interrogate data and produce both quantitative and qualitative data and be able to present it in a way that it can be easily interpreted - Understanding of the complexity and requirements required to appoint 3rd parties on a Top Tier COHMA site. Role - - Responsible the purchasing systems and processes and providing both quantitative and qualitative data and management of the purchasing systems including SAP, Ariba and any other associated system management - Where necessary , will support the purchasing team by; performing market analysis, new vendor pre-qualifications, develop sourcing strategies & tactics, tenders, evaluate quotations, price/cost benchmarks, negotiate, create and expedite purchase orders. - Managing and driving strong relationships within the purchasing team and with the supply chain and 3rd party stakeholders including regulatory, government and partner or subsidiary companies. Key Performance Indicators: - Support the Head of department in developing and maintaining monthly quarterly and annual reports as and when required - Produce expediting reports from SAP on a monthly and quarterly basis - Maintain track and monitor all departmental savings and cost avoidance data for your business area of responsibility on a monthly/quarterly basis. - Ensure that monthly and quarterly reports are produced on expiring contracts and procurement activity - Ensure that you provide support for procurement activity associated to schedule driven projects / TA's are tracked and progressed in line with the expected milestones - Track and monitor resource profiling on behalf of the Head of department
