Lead - Procurement - Healthcare

- Organize, lead and manage a team of the procurement analysts & specialists in full accordance with procurement policy, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & MAPs.

- Ensure the procurement service is delivered to meet SLAs, KPIs as well as quality and compliance standards through approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Provide guidance to the team for the efficient and adequate management of the workqueues.

- Highlight and challenge process exceptions from global operations, operate a continuous improvement culture and deliver on productivity targets.

- Ensure controls are implemented and adhered to in line with Risk and Control Matrices. Maintain segregation of duties or mitigating controls of process specific roles.

- Support service transitions into the centre and quickly stabilise roles and responsibilities

- Support transformation activities to deliver expected return on investment.

- Engage in regular collaboration and communication with key stakeholders & employees to maintain customer & employee satisfaction (CSAT, ESAT)

- Participate & drive service line health check meetings with business owner & center leadership

- Responsible to play active part into the process of escalation & quality assurance. Timely feedback sessions with the team for the reinforcement of CAPA

- Responsible to drive recruitment initiatives into procurement area. Ensure timely onaboarding of the resources to effect service line commencement

- Responsible for team's periodic performance appraisal review, HR system compliance, learning & development etc.

- Ensure a motivated and high-performing team who value S&N as a great place to work. Improve and maintain Gallup scores

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Power Point.

- Responsible to manage third party biannual, annual audits i.e. with KPMG, Delloitte, E&Y etc.

- Proven ability to work both independently with little supervision, as well as part of a team. Demonstrated success leading/mentoring a team to fulfil stated objectives

- Strong knowledge of systems like SAP, ARIBA upstream & downstream modules. Have very good understanding of the analytical tools like Power BI, Spend Cube, Tableau etc.

- Proven, successful experience of managing service delivery of procurement service lines i.e. eSourcing, Catalog, contract, Market Research, Buying, vendor onboarding, IT Fullfillment, Ariba Spot Buy etc.
