Lead - Process Mapping - Real Estate

Position Overview :

The Process Mapping Lead plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency by analyzing, designing, and optimizing organizational processes. This role requires a strong blend of process management, data analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. The Process Mapping Lead collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, create process maps, implement best practices, and facilitate change management initiatives.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or Operations Management

- Proven experience in process management, business analysis, or operations, with at least 10 years in a leadership role

- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and business process management software

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform process improvements

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the analysis, design, documentation, and improvement of organizational processes across departments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.

- Utilize process mapping tools to create detailed process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.

- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation within existing processes.

- Work with stakeholders to define process improvement goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to engage stakeholders in process improvement discussions.

- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and identify areas for further enhancement.

- Ensure that process changes are communicated effectively to all stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing concerns.

- Develop change management strategies to minimize resistance and ensure smooth process transitions.

- Provide training and support to teams on new processes and tools, promoting adoption and proficiency.

- Collaborate with IT teams to identify technology solutions that support process optimization.

- Lead continuous improvement projects, tracking progress and reporting results to leadership.

- Mentor and coach team members on process improvement methodologies and best practices.

Project Management Skills:

- Strong ability to create project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and manage timelines.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to drive successful process improvement initiatives.

Change Management Skills:

- Experience in assessing organizational readiness for change, developing communication plans, and managing resistance.

Stakeholder Management:

- Skilled in engaging stakeholders across different levels of the organization and building strong relationships.

- Excellent communication skills to present findings, proposals, and progress updates.
