Job Description:

1. Domain knowledge of either Trade, cash Management, Treasury system, Credit ops

2. Skill in Business Analyses & Process flow diagrams, Lean, Six Sigma

3. Skill in Project Management tools, RPA automation

4. Stakeholder management, influencing and logical reasoning

5. Team work

Skill Set required:

1. Business Analyst, Agile, Waterfall, RD, FSD, UAT, Flowcharts, BPM

2. Soft Skill - Stakeholder Management, Influencing, Logical Thinking

3. RPA Automatiob (Opetional)

4. UI/ UX - Customer experience ( Optional skill)

5. Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen

6. Product Management

7. Technical Skill ( Software Language, Coding, Servers ) - ( Optional Skill: Good to Have)
