- Experience in facilitating process improvement events (Kaizen, Workshops, Value Stream Mapping Analysis, etc.) - Certified Lean Advanced or preferably Lean Expert and/or Black Belt is highly preferred - Strong background in Lean business transformation experience in a corporate office environment, shared services experience is a plus - Proven track record in building a lean culture and a passion for Continuous Improvement - Ability to motivate teams and encourage Lean thinking at all levels of the business - Ability to take a hands-on and pragmatic approach - Demonstrated experience leading large projects - Ability to influence and lead the required change for a sustainable Lean transformation - Strong communication skills and the ability to train team members and senior leaders in lean practices and initiatives - Experience with Change management is highly preferred
