The objective of this role is to document and maintain end-to-end IT processes. To engage with IT functional owners and ensure that documentation is up to date and available for all users. To provide clarity and direction on all IT Processes and facilitate best practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design new processes and develop standard work and redesign of IT processes to improve operational efficiency. - Analyze, implement, and update processes so as to ensure company goals are met. - Analyze the effectiveness of the current process in order to develop strategies to improve workflow effectiveness. - Collaborate with IT teams to make sure that all the essential design specifications are documented and implemented with accuracy. - Determine critical root cause analysis to drive strategic change to improve the current process environment. - Train and guide the team on process design improvements. - Ensure full integration of all IT processes and linkage to best practices. - Provide technical and analytical support on various process strategies. - Manage multiple projects or initiatives at one time. - Team management and must win attitude in matrix organization KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS : - Ability to design, document, and improve processes basis best practices and ITIL - Ability to keep the process compliance at benchmark - Ability to cope with the stress associated with a challenging work environment driven by results and where deadlines are respected
