What are we looking for: - We are looking for an experienced leadership recruiter. The incumbent shall be responsible for end to end leadership recruiting efforts across all mandates in tech and non tech for various strategic & leadership roles for our portfolios (VC Funded Tech startups )

Seed Stage to Series E - Thereby diversify his/her experience in recruiting across Consumer, Consumer Tech, Healthcare, Financial Services and other sectors.
Role :- You will be responsible for supporting the team in end to end leadership hiring for assigned mandates.
- You will be deeply involved in delivery of multiple searches at a given point.
- Responsible for building Market Intelligence across the Digital & Tech Ecosystem Leadership Talent thereby building research & mapping capabilities in-house.
- Conduct competitor landscape.
- You will be involved in sourcing and engagement with passive leadership talent in the market and built relationships for future opportunities.
- Work extensively in sourcing, screening and assessment of leadership talent on regular basis.
- Use Social & Professional networks extensive as the key sourcing tool.
- Participate in various industry and start-up events for networking purpose.
- Develop your own network within the industry with potential and existing candidates
- Should be flexible in conducting deep talent mapping exercises ( project based ) and ongoing basis to develop industry knowledge and insights.
- Fair understanding of Stock options, ESOPs, RSU's etc.
What you bring on the table :- MBA from Tier 1 B school in HR ( Preferred)
- 5-12 yrs years of leadership recruiting experience with
at-least 3 years in Startup ( Digital & Tech ) Ecosystem - Mandatory.- Prefer candidates from Executive Search firms
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work independently (location agnostic).
