Lead - Presales & Solutions - Healthcare/Insurance/Pharma - BPO

Role: Presales & Solutions Leader - CEM (Healthcare/Pharma/Insurance)

Role Purpose: to independently own the Presales & solutions initiatives for the CEM and grow the domain.

Experience

- At least 15 Years - experience in Contact center operations with at least 6-8 years of experience in Pre Sales and Solutions role.(RFX responses, Offering / capability presentations)

- Strong domain understanding and solution expertise in either Healthcare/ Pharma / Insurance.

- Experience in delivery and operations in the same industry /vertical preferred with Client facing roles.

- Customer facing experience

Qualification

- Post Graduate - MBA
