Position Summary: This is the leadership position where the incumbent shall work closely with Sales Head to drive pre-sales function in India to meet business goals. The incumbent shall guide and monitor the team members in regions to acquire new customers and generate new business. Desired Candidate Profile - BE/B.Tech + MBA from the premier institute with minimum 14 years of experience in driving large complex solution engagements in BFSI / Enterprise / Government vertical. - Proficiency in analyzing the customer's business, applications and converting the business needs into viable technical solutions. - Should be an expert in handling a diverse range of software products, solutions and concepts relevant to diverse industries with a basic understanding of Enterprise Content Management / Business Process Management / Workflow Solutions. - Strong people management experience with capability to build and drive the high performing team. Job Description : - Drive pre-sales function and align it with sales to generate new business opportunities and revenue generation. - Creating a compelling value proposition for Products & Solutions across verticals by architecting solutions, deal structuring and strategic consulting. - Work with the sales team to conceptualize new business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generation - Segmentation and positioning of products and solutions across verticals. - Seeks and builds healthy relationships with SIs, Partners and key account's decision-making teams and work closely with regional sales or commercial team to provide specific input to the customer. - Guide, Coach and Review the performance of team members.
