Job Specification:
The job exists to look at xxxx Limited's Strategic Partner's funding requirements, including but not limited to debt and portfolio securitization
Your primary responsibility will be Risk Assessment and Reporting:
- Credit Analysis of the Strategic alliances portfolio.
- Presentation of Portfolio Health to Risk Management Committee and Audit Committee.
- Site visits to assess portfolio and process from securitization perspective
- Analysis of hypothecated MFI portfolio to ensure compliance with the security covenants.
- Financial analysis of the borrower
- Ensuring compliance of the loans and highlighting deviations to the Management.
You are expected to maintain the highest levels of Client Servicing and Compliance:
- Coordinating with the clients to facilitate timely interest payments.
- Managing the execution of deals.
- Follow up with the clients for compliance related items
- Resolution of internal and statutory audit queries.
