What you'll do:
- Lead and manage the organization project management team. Fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence in execution. Holding project managers accountable for processes and operating standards
- Provide coaching and development to each project manager through individual development plans
- Provide training, education and industry engagement opportunities for the team
- Facilitate organization's portfolio planning process in partnership with the IT Leadership Team and business stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Facilitate the portfolio review process for each business area and ensure that incoming work is properly defined, estimated and prioritized
- Support and coach project management team on risk, issue, and change management, while providing support when management escalation is needed
