Job Description - PMO Lead
Overview :
Key Responsibilities :
- Create, implement and manage a program office function in support of the execution of Transformation office
- PMO (project co-ordination), reporting and process governance to provide quality service to Transformation office & external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report progress to key stakeholders.
- Create a project dashboard to track projects/ program statuses & deliverables
- Tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines across multiple program and project process
- May have responsibilities for the tracking of financial and operational metrics
- Generating MIS to report progress & to identify activities (project / processes) on Critical Path, activities requiring escalation/ intervention
- Analysis, creativity and innovation able to conceive original and practical solutions to complex problems
- Manage priorities, multi-task and flawlessly execute at speed
- Timely escalation of risks and issues for management's attention
- Supporting the project manager in conducting internal operational checks
- Monitoring Internal process checks, Non-conformances & Observation
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence business decisions and to drive analysis and problem solving of complex operational and technology issues

Key Competencies:
Location: Chennai
- Should have proven experience in successfully tracking and executing transformation initiatives
- Ability to obtaining senior stakeholders signoffs
- Ability to influence and Implementing Effective Governance and execution of the overall programs
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Good presentation, communication skills and experience in engaging & presenting to senior executives regularly
- Able to consistently demonstrate & live cultural dimensions of Simplicity, Focus & Teamwork
- Strong understanding of overall strategic and tactical business considerations
- Ability to adapt execution in line with business requirements & organization vision.
- Able to multi-task with relevant focus
