Role Description :

- Act as an internal champion and custodian of agile processes enabling the effective functioning of project and program teams;

- Define an internal Agile adoption/transformation strategy at various levels- enterprise, portfolio, program and team;

- Design and deliver appropriate Agile training interventions;

- Coach teams and help them improve their Agile maturity;

- Influence internal stakeholders/leadership & customers (program level) as well as help them understand the benefits of Agile adoption;

Desired Qualification & Experience :

- Any graduate/ post graduate degree

- External Agile Certification/accreditation(s) Preferred: Certified SAFe Agilist/Certified Agile Project Manager;

- 5-7 years of experience with 3-4 years of hands on agile project management experience;

- Experience in implementing Agile principles. Added experience in implementing SAFe framework is desirable;

- Good understanding of Agile methodology, project governance and Agile standards and procedures;

- Experience or exposure to development sector or non-IT sector projects is preferred;

Desired Knowledge and Skills :

- Knowledge of Agile tools like Wrike, Atlassian etc is an added advantage;

- Conversant with MS Office and Google suite;

- Strong critical thinking, analytics, and problem-solving abilities;

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across diverse teams;

- Willingness to experiment in unfamiliar environments, take ownership and independently drive outcomes
