Lead - Persistency Design & Analytics

- The role is responsible for designing a Persistency/ retention control framework with a focus on ensuring a comprehensive and effective pre-sales control mechanism across distribution channels.

- The design needs to backed up by accurate Persistency analytics based on data mining and interpretation, trend analysis and forecasting.

1. To develop & manage analytical framework to derive continuous insights on persistency

2. Strategize and identify control framework across various drivers for persistency viz. Pre-sales process, onsite monitoring, rewards and recognitions, payouts to distributors, product design etc with various stakeholders and such other drivers identified from time to time.

3. Identify trends emerging through analytics across various dimensions including Products, sales practices, services, customer segments etc and provide strategic recommendation to management.

4. Provide insights on the renewal book (excluding FYP) to the various stakeholders viz. persistency operations for effective campaign management

5. Develop and deploy predictive modelling techniques to reduce leakage in the form of lapse and surrender

6. Introduce advance analytics tools and identify and monitor persistency risk
