Role: Performance &amp; Talent Lead The Performance &amp; Talent Lead will have the ultimate responsibility for effective performance and talent management as well as driving other central organization effectiveness interventions from a people standpoint. The role will ideate, conceptualize and implement various initiatives, including performance management process and guidelines, talent management, leadership development, career planning and architecture, rewards and recognition, succession planning etc. The role will be responsible for enabling a strong handshake with the Business Leaders and HRBPs ensure perpetuation of all major HR initiatives being rolled out centrally. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage business and people insight to contribute towards formulating the HR strategy and roadmap - Lead organization diagnostic and change evangelization for innovative people process and practices - Ideate and evolve an integrated performance philosophy and architecture for the organization - Conceptualize and lead end-to-end performance architecture and processes, and strongly partner with the HRBPs to ensure successful enforcement and implementation - Formalize new-age talent management practices and design custom interventions/ programs for identifying and rewarding HiPo talent - Drive leadership development and individual development planning interventions teams across - Collaborate with the Leadership team to strategize and drive performance/ talent/ organization effectiveness programs including capability building, coaching etc. - Conduct trend analysis and collect feedback from key stakeholders on program effectiveness and improvisation - Coordinate and align project plans, communication, and related efforts with HR and Corporate initiatives - Develop and implement employee surveys and questionnaires, including analysis and action planning based on survey results - Be abreast of latest trends in the industry in terms of best-practices in HR processes and recommend improvements basis the same Eligibility Criteria: MBA from a premier B-School with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance and talent management and exposure to other OD interventions Key Skills Required: - Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results - Strong business and HR acumen, independent critical thinking for solving contextual business problems - Strong conceptual understanding of performance, talent and organization development domains - Self-initiative and drive to innovate and evangelize change - High project management skills, with an ability to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network - Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills - Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
