- To build reward strategy for the organisation.
- Research and review compensation & benefits programs to identify & implement best in class practices for Birla Paints
- To design long and short term incentive plans to meet the needs of a changing workforce.
- Lead and ensure annual performance and compensation review cycle.
- Lead and ensure implementation of market benchmarking exercise.
- To manage compensation fitments for new recruits.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance norms.
- To be a custodian of HR policies, processes and benefits. Design and ensure implementation of HR policies in line with changing needs.
- To provide market intelligence on best practices within the HR policies, practices, compensation & benefits domain.
- Lead Job Analysis and Evaluation exercise in line with organisation needs.
