Lead - Performance Marketing/Search Engine Marketing - Insurance

Job Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities

- Create strategies for product and device wise online spend on search and other key channels like display ads

- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns

- Optimize copy and landing pages for paid marketing campaigns, use precision marketing techniques to target profitable customers

- Maintain performance reporting and optimization tasks, which may include (keyword expansions, A/B testing, negative keyword management, etc.).

- Work with product to drive user engagement and conversion rate

- Coordinate with technology team for implementation of various tech-related development including marketing tech

Critical Competencies (Work Experience / Academic Qualifications / Knowledge/Skills/Behaviours) :

- 4+ years of search marketing experience (PPC, content marketing, content growth and SEO)

- Expert knowledge of performance media platforms and tools including, Google Ad, GDN, DBM etc.

- Experience with website optimization tools / Google Analytics
