Lead - Performance Marketing - Internet/Online (5-7 yrs)
Performance Marketing Lead
- Being responsible for the lead acquisition pipeline and setup - including monitoring and optimizing our performance marketing campaigns on Google, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Owning mid- and bottom-of-funnel cross-channel nurturing via paid ads to drive conversions; building custom audiences and monitoring website tracking to grow our retargeting base
- Identifying new opportunities and new performance marketing channels to test and validate as potential Lead sources
- Evaluating the performance of ongoing campaigns based on KPIs and creating reports on GA4, Google Data Studio (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CAC: LTV, Cohorts, etc.)
- Collaborating with our Sales Ops team on form tracking and lead prospecting strategy
- Working closely with our designers and copywriters to deliver best-in-class ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
- Researching current trends and developments in B2B marketing and bringing your own ideas into daily work processes and new projects
- You would be end-to-end responsible for running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Services, Pre-Sales) to establish growth strategies to support our revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of Performance Marketing experience.
- Should have gained experience with scaling performance marketing programs across different countries and geographies.
- Hold experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, Linkedin Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
