Role:
Lead Performance Marketing will be responsible for driving B2C customer acquisition through paid marketing channel and optimizing ROI. Proficient in managing marketing spends budget of 2CR+ on monthly basis for paid channel i.e. Google Channel.
Responsibilities:
- Own, Drive and Scale Customer acquisition via App Channel, Optimise Channels in house such as ASO, Google, Facebook, Programmatic, Affiliate by bringing in efficiency in tracking via Appsflyer, Firebase and Backend systems.
- Responsible to drive new initiatives with major app publishers/ programmatic partners and aggregators online to increase the online acquisition and decrease overall blended cost for the Channel.
- Responsible for driving digital acquisition for B2C Business through channels like Google, Facebook, App marketing & Programmatic channels
- Responsible for Improving overall CRO of Web and App assets
Experience & Skills Required -
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent from premier good institutes.
- 8+ years- experience in digital marketing for campaign management & optimization.
- In-depth understanding & hands-on experience in running ads across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn & mobile affiliates to acquire new users.
- Experience with AppsFlyer, Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Google Adwords.
- Result oriented approach with excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking abilities.
