Can also look at exceptional agency folks who have worked closely with top clients in these sectors. - Should have worked with companies using Performance Marketing primarily to drive sales. - Should have worked in environments where both process orientation and subject depth as well as "hustle" are important. - Should have worked in places having tight deadlines and a need to be agile.
