What is the job like?
We are looking at beefing up our Performance Marketing to join our diverse global team and drive the core focus on Performance Marketing & Growth strategies.
In this role, you will own and create the roadmap for building, implementing, and executing best-in-class Performance Marketing strategies across all channels, and uncovering new ways to drive customer acquisition, set up the required strategies in place, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive implementation through a dynamic team spread across multiple locations.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Work on building the go-to-market strategy for new channels, verticals, and work closely with leadership to help scale business.
- Apply data-driven insights to drive performance marketing strategies across all channels.
- Tweak your strategies by evaluating the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all existing marketing channels to determine and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance marketing effectiveness.
- Lead a team of performance marketers to help conceptualize, develop and test campaigns to improve performance.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and audience- providing actionable insights

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Driven by numbers and bring actionable insights to the table to grow traffic by integrating diverse data from multiple sources and communicate the same to the leadership team.
- Deep understanding of business models, monetization strategies and end marketing goals.
- You can collaborate with the creative, tech, business development & data team to build effective products as per the market need and effectively map them to the target audience.
- Your key responsibility is to achieve periodic performance marketing goals at an optimal cost across multiple sources - Search, Display, Social, Native, Programmatic and Affiliate platforms.
- Lead performance marketing strategy with direct responsibility for strategizing all aspects of digital campaigns: campaign conceptualization, to research, account structuring, Ad Rank improvisations, conversion funnel optimization & Reporting.
- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics.
- Own user acquisition metrics to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue goals across platforms - Web and Apps, for your product portfolio.
- Lead & optimize media buying decisions by using vast sources of data: campaign reports, internal databases, competitor analysis, and market intelligence.
- Be at the forefront of the latest Ad tech developments, DSP's algorithms, Product research & market opportunities to diversify & scale the business

Qualification & Experience?
- Preferably post-graduation degree and experience in e-commerce/ Ad Tech or Ed-Tech companies.
- 5 to 7 years experience in performance campaigns (apps, lead generation)
- Proficient with media buys on AdWords
- Strong numerical orientation and proficiency in advertising metrics
- Creative thinker who can prepare creative ad-buying strategies
- Data-Driven
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large no. of campaigns
- Experience in managing the US spends preferred
- Research and leverage industry trends and competitive analysis to inform performance marketing strategies.
- Ability to pitch findings and ideas to stakeholders
- Juggle between multiple projects, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
