Performance Management lead performs advanced (senior-level) human resources management work. Work involves providing guidance and counselings on performance management initiatives; and developing, coordinating, and implementing workforce development and succession planning programs. Works under minimal supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgement. May plan or coordinate the work of others.
- Oversees the development and implementation of performance appraisal program and provides advice and recommendations to management and staff.
- Oversees the development and implementation of agency core competencies, core values, and key performance measures into performance appraisal system
- Workforce Development and Succession Planning
- Assesses various staffing needs to determine methods to address current and future conditions, including retention management, realignment, recruitment planning, and career development.
- Develops a strategy to include planning, implementation, and training.
- Prepares communications to share tools and information with various stakeholders.
- Master's degree (HR specialization) from Tier I or Tier II accredited B-school
- 7-9 years of experience in the Human Resources function with a minimum of 2 years experience as a PMS specialist in Telecom, IT and Banking domain.
