GoodWorker is a joint venture between Schoolnet India & LemmaTree (a 100% subsidiary of Temasek, Singapore with hubs in India & Germany) - It started with us raising 34 MN USD in late 2020 followed by building our founding team (headquartered in Bangalore) in 2021. We launched & scaled a biz model that leverages the marketplace of hiring partners across India, to help workers not only discover jobs across sectors but also handhold them till they finally join employers of their choice Building on the insights and expertise developed during this period, we are now launching multiple technology platforms that together will help realize our vision. And to achieve this, we are rapidly looking to hire passionate & top-quality professionals (GoodWorker is already a 100+ strong team and counting) as well as looking to sign up the best of external partners across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and drive projects related to organization transformation

2. Building strong relationship with stakeholders to seed the right cultural tenets

3. Partner with key stakeholders to understand and execute our human resource and talent management strategies

4. Deliver people solutions which are aligned with biz strategy, vision, and mission

5. Handling employee engagement, performance management, capability & retention.

6. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning

7. Acts as key advisor to Business managers & handle their queries and grievances, if any.

8. Own & drive the performance process for the team, in partnership with the business

Eligibility criteria:

1. PGDM / Post Graduate degree in HR

2. 12-15 years in a similar role, preferably in a growth stage startup (industry no bar)

3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

4. Effective stakeholder management

5. Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills

6. Self-starter, motivated, and able to take initiative and work independently.

7. Data Driven

8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

9. Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet multiple deadlines.
