Lead - Payments Based Financing

Work Experience :

1. Prior experience in Payment space (gateway or company or aggregator) is a must.

2. Candidates have prior experience in running Alliances will also be considered.

3. Demonstrated ability to translate the program to sales team and ensure sourcing.

Job Description /Key Result Areas ;

1. Prepare and regularly revise the list of various Payment companies to be targeted for tie ups.

2. Reach out to relevant personnel at the Targeted Payment companies and pitch Payments Based Finance (PBF) proposition.

3. Negotiate risk and revenue sharing agreements with the Payment companies and close the tie ups through necessary Master Service Agreements.

4. Provide critical coordination between Payment partner, Ops and Credit teams for uniform understanding about the lending opportunity and processes.

5. Ensure login of cases either Team / through direct sourcing by Payment cos.

6. Promote and expedite API integration with Payment cos for real time flow of data.

7. Regular monitoring of the Payment partner deliverables versus MSAs.

8. Regular monitoring of portfolio performance with timely escalation to the Payments Partner.

9. Trigger timely action under risk sharing agreement in case of any defaults or losses.
