Lead - Patient Care Services - Service Excellence

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as the Lead Patient Care Services (Service Excellence). This role will be responsible for championing Operations and service Excellence and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care across multiple hospitals within Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, and leadership skills, a passion for enhancing the patient experience, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Telugu speaking will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of patient care professionals, including nurses, patient care assistants, and support staff.

- Lead Operations of the Hospital, Responsible for Operations of a 300 bedded Hospital.

- Work in close collaboration with clinical & non-clinical functions to ensure the delivery of world-class Healthcare services.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall patient experience and satisfaction throughout the hospital stay.

- Collaborate with other department heads and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and quality enhancement.

- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the patient care services team.

- Ensure effective Implementation of policies and processes as laid down by the organization.

- To ensure 100% compliance with statutory, statistical and annual reports.

- Reports to the Unit Head and supervises administration of the day-to-day activities in operation department.

- Regular meetings with HODs of various departments to carry out regular day to day management.

- Monitors quality assurance programs concerned with the safety and other quality control initiatives.

- Responsible for maintaining and implementing Patient Feedback Process and conduct regular patient feedback analysis.

Qualifications:-

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- MHA/MHM, 12+ years of experience in Hospital Operations.

- Min 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient care services or service excellence.

- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, quality improvement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Problem-solving attitude.
