Lead - Partnerships/Loyalty/Consumer Experience - Consumer Company
Partnerships:
- Focus on networking and establishing relationships with skilled furnishers to smoothly on board them by coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Own the end-to-end responsibility of creating and driving the engagement programs: with a clear focus on upgrading the profession
Loyalty:
- Creating a loyalty program platform: Evaluate current solutions and approaches that exist within the industry. Benchmark with the best across sectors and evolve a common platform.
- Working in close coordination with the sales, services & marketing departments to effectively deploy the loyalty programs
Academy:
- Setting up a network of training centers across the country to effectively train and educate painters / contractors.
- Training: Create modules to impart training on product application, soft skills & business skills.
- Benchmarking: Abreast of the latest practices in the market to come up with innovative solutions.
