Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to join our fast-growing InsurTech startup. As a Lead-Partner Success, you will be responsible for managing key Enterprise client relationships while driving new business acquisitions. Your role will involve identifying and targeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a strong business acumen, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for driving growth in the InsurTech industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage key Enterprise client relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact. Build a deep understanding of their business and insurance needs, and proactively identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including prospecting, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms to generate leads and drive new business acquisition. Identify innovative approaches to position our InsurTech startup as a market leader.

3. Consultative selling: Conduct in-depth needs analysis and consultative selling to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that address their pain points. Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and services to potential clients.

4. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and underwriting, to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions to clients. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

5. Contract negotiation and pricing: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships. Work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
