Job Description: Lead, Partner Excellence

Job Location: Gurgaon - WFO

Must Have: Partner Management, Loyalty Program, Campaigns Management, Sales/Operations experience in in startups along with Tier1 or Tier2 college.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new opportunities and solutions, roll out strategy and execute initiatives for the station partner ecosystem of Battery Smart

- Monitor partner performance, leveraging operational metrics including timeliness, customer-satisfaction, customer experience, etc.

- Conduct timely business reviews with our station partners to proactively address and act on growth opportunities

- Manage existing relationships with station partners responsible for service delivery

- Identify process improvement opportunities within current workflows, channel feedback to internal/external stakeholders, and support partners in ongoing activities.

- Effectively managing a team of central and field Partner Operations Managers (POMs)

- Own the end-to-end partner Station Lifecycle

- Lead and own monthly reconciliation of partner pay-outs

- Own partner performance and drive continuous strategic initiatives for process improvement

- Manage complete Partner communication and experience

- Reduce partner inactivity and churn and devise & implement partner R&R programs

- Drive partner app penetration - adoption and engagement

- Conduct regular Partner Performance Reviews with management teams

Desired Personal Attributes

- Experience in project management, customer service, and process optimization

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

- Excellent leadership skills along with strong business skills to scale up the business

- Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with other teams and departments

- Ability to set operational targets, measure and report outcomes, track and scale successes, root-cause problems in design/execution and ensure business impact.

- Experience in organizational and project / program management with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
