About Company: Leading Edtech company providing E-learning programs in various government sectors like Banking, Railways, SSC, Teaching, Defence, Engineering, UPSC, State PCS, for helping students prepare for various entrance exams like NEET UG, NEET PG, JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, GATE, UGC NET, and more.


Job brief: Responsible for optimizing paid ad activities such as campaign creation, optimization, keyword research & ads creation on Google Ads.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. He or she plays a major role in acquiring leads/customers.

2. Monitor and analyze the performance/ effectiveness of PPC, SEM, SMM, display campaigns and work with in-house/outsource team to optimize the campaigns

3. Identify opportunities, design experiments and measuring framework, prioritize team resources, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results.

4. Keep track of industry trends and follow best practices to achieve business performance goals & Leverage marketing analytics to drive marketing strategy and improve website engagement metrics, customer acquisition and retention rates

5. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

6. Optimize ad copies and landing pages for better conversion rate.

Requirements :

- Minimum 6 years of experience comprising of core paid online marketing at a mid-large scale.

- Experience with website analytics tools

- Can work individually on multiple ad networks

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM

- Experience on Tools- WebEngage, Clevertap and MoEngage will be a plus (Not Mandatory)

- Should have experience of working on these ad platforms/tools; Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

- Hands-on on one of the attribution tools like Branch, Appsflyer etc

- Paid Campaigns on marketplace (Flipkart, Amazon) would be a plus to candidature

- Must have experience in Universal App Campaign (UAC) and Mobile Marketing Platform (MMP).

Qualification: B. Tech/ MBA/ MCA. Candidates from premium colleges are preferred but not mandatory.
