Lead - Packaging Operations - Manufacturing

The person will provide strong leadership on:

- Packaging operations philosophies and strategies

- Talent management

- Networking and alignment in-and outside the region in the operational family but also with future projects, Packaging MTLs, Strategic Sourcing, Marketing & Customer relation

- EHS/FSQRA management

- Implement the Manufacturing Excellence Systems/tools appropriately

- Continuously reducing full manufacturing costs and improvement of the KPI's.
