1. Origination and evaluation of structured lending transactions for mid to large corporates.

2. Evaluating credit/risk profiles of companies and structuring suitable financial solutions

3. Business Development

4. Portfolio Management, collections and recovery

5. Monitoring of the accounts on a regular basis

6. Maintaining ongoing relationships and networking with various teams (operations/legal/Bank teams), ensuring smooth delivery of transactions.

7. Responsible for Credit Appraisal, Financial Modelling, Due diligence, Term Sheet negotiation, Debt syndication, Legal documentation & portfolio monitoring
