Theme of the Role
To design, diagnose, define and drive the implementation of organizational development (OD) and talent management strategies, plans and policies which aid in creating a better workplace.
Key Deliverables :
Lead initiatives as a specialist for OD and Talent Management in the development and delivery of respective programmes and interventions
Organizational Development :
- Designs the framework for OD, change management, culture building, value building & articulating
- Designing and hosting employee engagement surveys & action planning on areas of improvement as well as effectiveness
- Defines the guidelines, intervention plans and policies which are aligned with and facilitate the delivery of the organisations strategic goals
- Manages project(s) from beginning to end, both individually and in conjunction with other Leads/HRBPs and Geo-HRs
- Develops assessment measurement tool(s) to measure and monitor the impact of the delivery of any change management strategy on organization culture and employee engagement using metrics and analysis
Talent Management :
- Defines the guidelines for Hi-Po identification, 360-degree feedback mechanism, Succession planning, Talent Reviews and Building career map
- Designs and aligns the Competency Framework of the organization
- Conducts readiness assessments, job-impact analysis, and skill and capability assessments & Career architecture
- Continuously identifies opportunities for performance improvement through internal process/system reviews and external research into good and new practices
Experience & Education:
- Total work experience of 10 years, Specific OD experience of atleast 5 years
- Experience of working in IT companies
- MBA HR from a reputed college
- Working knowledge of tools would be an added advantage
