Our Client is a leading multinational healthcare organization based out of Mumbai.

Job Profile :

- Lead Job evaluation process across levels globally across businesses.

- Develop and lead all OD and Change Management initiatives

- Be a custodian to of all OD related projects & work around people costs & model restructuring

- Work and lead retention-related projects.

- Guide HRBP's on various OD related strategic projects and initiatives

Candidate Profile :

- 8-12 years of experience

- Pedigree profile will be preferred

- High maturity levels as the incumbent will be partnering with stakeholders
