1. Work with HRBPs and business heads to conduct an org-wide analysis, needs identification and collate requirements pertaining to organization development and talent development across business verticals in line with strategic business priorities.
2. Develop proposals for leadership development initiatives (coaching, mentoring, assessment centres, career path planning etc.), organization effectiveness programs (job evaluation, succession management, rewards, and recognition program etc.)
3. Drive the implementation of select talent development and OD initiatives across the organization in partnership with business and HRBPs. Assign responsibilities to the team for the execution of deliverables and obtain required approvals from relevant stakeholders to ensure timely project implementation
4. Lead the implementation of organization design, job evaluation and restructuring initiatives in conjunction with business and HRBPs to ensure the organization structure is aligned to the overall business strategy
5. Lead any other HR change management, and HR process re-engineering projects as per business requirements
Ideal candidate -
- MBA (HR) or its equivalent from a premier institute (preferred)
- 6- 9 years of experience preferably in the manufacturing/pharma sector
