Our client is a leading global bank based in Mumbai.
Role & Responsiblities:
- Develop and lead the implementation of all key OD practices across PMS, culture, employee engagement and workforce planning
- Drive culture and change management in the delivery of OD programs and initiatives
- Develop and drive a culture of feedback, empowerment and effective performance management
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, generating insights and accordingly developing initiatives
- Influence relevant stakeholders and ensure effective implementation of OD programs
- Drive capability building and build transformational leadership
- Strengthen workforce planning across the organization
- Drive employee engagement and related action plans/ initiatives
Skills & Experience:
- 10-15 years of strong experience
- Extensive experience in OD and change management pertaining to M&A and culture
- Should have a strong strategic mindset and ability to challenge the status quo
- Experience designing frameworks and implementing the same
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, succession planning and career management
