Lead - Organization Analytics - US based Management Consulting Organization - Gurgaon

- Leading a team of associates and analysts to work on building and deploying analytical solutions pertaining to Organizational and Operating Model benchmarking.

- Delivering quality analysis and generating strong business insights

- Developing, enhancing & delivering Organization-focused solutions

- Provide thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive the team's analysis across geographies on the Operating model and Organization

- Manage team's responsibilities which involve allocating, planning, guiding, reviewing work and balancing workload within a team of analysts & associates.

Qualification Required:

- Have minimum of 5 years of experience in the analytics/ analytics consulting industry

- Have a decent understanding of Organization/ Operating Model topic with a good insight into data, metrics and trends covered within this space

- Have a good hold over Tableau, Alteryx (SQL/other data tools), Excel, PowerPoint
