Lead - Oracle OTM - Supply Chain

The incumbent should be a Post Graduate in IT / Operations / Supply Chain with around 6 to 8 years of experience in end to end Implementation and Support of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) in Manufacturing / CPG / FMCG Company.

Job specs :

- Supporting day to day business activities with attending and resolving issues in OTM Cloud.

- Develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. 

- Document functional specifications for interface enhancements, create test cases and verify results.

- Configuring, testing, documenting and delivering new business scenarios in OTM SaaS and PaaS.

- Map business requirements and processes in consideration with integration to SAP

- Act as liaison with business for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software/integration/interface problems.

- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document business requirements and blueprint.

- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
