Lead - Operations & Supply Chain - Agri

i. Responsible for handling major operational functions like procurement, storage, logistics, warehousing & inventory.

ii. Track daily operations, address potential issues and recommend cost-effective solutions.

iii. Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to sourcing and procurement of necessary materials & supplies to optimize production.

iv. Maintain supply chain inventory & detailed records. Analyse current inventories and procedures; suggest improvements.

v. Ensure smooth functioning of Logistics by identifying optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution.

vi. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations meet quality & safety standards.

vii. Monitor the performance of suppliers, assess their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identify and qualify new suppliers.
