About the role : - The core strategy team will work with the line management functions and project teams and driving the company's strategic and operational initiatives, implementing innovative solutions, measuring results early and often, and ensuring performance meets the desired targets. - This is expected to optimize all elements of the operational and process metrics including operating model design, sustainable cost reduction, financial planning and analysis, shared service advisory including RPA, impact analyse of regulatory changes, Business Process Re-engineering and full scale org transformation. - The incumbent will be expected to work like an Internal Strategic Consultant on high-impact strategic assignments which span across the spectrum of customer life cycle management, consumer analytics, process optimization &amp; digitization, RPA etc. - Bring key insights to the table through rigorous internal and external data analytics - As a part of the core strategy team, prepare strategic briefing for top management on progress/lack of it across strategic, tactical and functional deliverables, including necessary corrective actions proposed - Responsible for tracking progress of key Projects &amp; initiatives and keeping Top Management abreast of trends About the Candidate profile : - Only Tier-1 MBAs (preferably from ISB, IIM- A/B/C/L) with 3 to 5 years of experience with exposure to BFSI sector/Strategy Consulting in Banking &amp; Insurance experience will be preferred but not mandatory. - The candidate should be able to demonstrate proven success in supporting teams through the design and implementation of changes to consumer strategy and operations (including people, processes, controls and technology changes) by Delivering significant business results that utilize strategic and creative thinking, analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks - Exhibiting strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment - Leading project work streams and working autonomously with minimal direction - Communicating effectively (written and verbal) to various situations and audiences - Emphasizing the ability to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members - Someone who derives a morale boost when his/her deductions are utilized to make real impactful/strategic changes in an organization.
