Lead - Operations - Internet/Online

Responsibilities:

- Manage fulfillment of the export order end to end - Figure out best possible logistics solution, onboard manage and optimize cross-border logistics partners (Air and sea - courier-LCL-FCL shipments)

- Build and manage relationships with multiple freight forwarders to get best shipping price in the market

- Build and manage a network of other service providers for export shipments - CHAs, 3P warehousing partners, In-Land logistics at source and destination, etc.

- Prepare pre-shipment documents for the custom clearance purpose for both exports and imports

- Manage post shipment documentation formalities (e.g., working with bank for eBRC)

- Handle custom clearance, and regulatory and compliance for all the shipments (working with partners/standalone)

- Work with the tech team for possible automation/optimization using tech. Figure out pain points that tech can solve in fulfillment.

- The candidate will be an internal POC for all categories for Fulfillment of orders. He will have ownership of the post order timelines

- Lead time to ship, shipment transit and delivery timelines.

Must Have:

- Graduate/Post graduate with 3+ years of experience

- Experience of handling international shipments for 2+ years

- Well versed with shipping & logistics partners and custom processes and documentation
