Lead - Operations Excellence - Manufacturing Domain

The Lead- Operations excellence is a enablement role within our Client's Operations team. This role partners with the Operations leadership team to support execution of several process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

The incumbent must be aimed at improving business performance. The incumbent is expected to operate with minimal supervision and collaborate with stakeholders to drive a host of process and performance improvement initiatives in a time-bound manner.

Job Description :

Process Excellence :

- Works with Operations and business leadership team and process owners to create/update process documentation and performance metrics.

- Proactively identifies performance and process improvement areas by analyzing metrics trends and operational data points and scope out project for driving improvements. 

- Partners with Leadership team to identify and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives using appropriate process excellence techniques. 

- Supports Operations Excellence leader in implementing Operations Excellence framework via key projects and initiatives. 

- Maintains effective communication (written and verbal) with key stakeholders across levels.

- Responsible for executing quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights. 

- Provides leadership with comprehensive reporting of operations and delivery performance updates.

Minimum Qualifications : 

Degree Required : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Statistics, Math, Science, Engineering, Management or relevant discipline

Years of Work Experience Required : 4-8 years

Type/ focus of work experience required : Operations or Process Excellence role, or equivalent experience.
