Lead - Operations - Analytics & BI

Role & Responsibility :

- Fair knowledgeable about forecasting, capacity planning and statistical analysis techniques using data and to draw inference from it

- To be able to present the analysis to senior manager in a clear and concise manner and recommend action plan for business teams

- Should also possess the ability to lead the team of 15-20 members and ensure smooth delivery of services to business partners

- Build and sustain various analytics products that have been created by the Analytics teams within the Business Intelligence architecture

- Work with the business to understand their Business Intelligence related requirements and develop future ready solutions

- Responsible for hiring, engaging, coaching and mentoring team members

- Work closely with senior business stakeholders

Skills required :

- Strong in analytical tools - data analysis, measurement, reporting and exposure to building or implementing Business Intelligence architecture

- Strong in analytical tools and packages. Should possess strength and significant experience in either or both Visualization design or Data Warehouse design and deployment

- Strong program management skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers.
