Description

- Operational Quality Lead - 3rd part manufacturers across North zone

- To provide leadership and compliance in the area of QA&I QC and regulatory compliance at 3rd party manufacturers

- Coach and Lead a team of 5-6 Man In Plant and SMEs stationed in 3rd party manufacturers

- Ensuring effective implementation of organisation's policies, guidelines & procedures at contract sites

- To ensure products are manufactured, tested and released at 3rd party manufacturers as per the organisation's and local regulatory requirements

- Continuous co-ordination and communication with 3rd party manufacturers Senior Management team to ensure effective implementation and assurance of requirements

- To provide effective Quality support to Contract sites to achieve an all-time Inspection Readiness state. Ensure audit CAPAs are effectively managed, are In place and In use and closed within stipulated time period

- To assist any new product transfers /process validations at new /existing sites

Profile

- Preferably 12 - 15 years' plus experience in areas pertaining to manufacture and Quality (QA, Validations, and Documentation), Quality Control and quality Assurance and / or Microbiological aspects of quality control and analytical techniques

- Auditing experience in primary and secondary formulations desirable

- Experience in monitoring of CMOs, managing product transfers, new product launches and validation activities

- Exposure and competencies with respect to multiple dosage forms ( Solid orals, external preparations, liquid dosage forms)
