Online Sales Operations Lead
Looking for a Sales Operations Lead - Online to manage online marketplace sales operations for our high growth company based out Bangalore, India. You should have a proven track record in managing relationships with Top Marketplaces like Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong & Amazon among others and have excellent negotiation & relationship management skills. Role & Responsibilities :
- Effectively manage product listings and product feeds to ensure accurate listings with a high potential to appear in relevant search results on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other sites
- Implement merchandising and pricing strategy effectively to drive a high conversion with a high market sale price
- Read and react to business on a daily basis, including but not limited to implementing changes to product titles, descriptions, customer service issues and pricing
- Own the daily sales metrics for the Marketplace as well as analyze sales patterns by category on all listings
- Build relationships with the Top Marketplaces such as Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra & Jabong and utilize all available tools and opportunities
- Develop and manage timely and proactive response and/or resolution processes with customer service around marketplace issues related to customer feedback
- Identify new marketplace and channel opportunities and help launch additional marketplaces
Desired Experience and Skills :
Education : BTech / MBA from premier institutes
Years of Experience : 3-5 years
Should have :
- 3+ years of e-commerce experience in direct marketplace management
- 3+ years of experience supervising a team
- Experience with marketplace channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong and others
- Experience in merchandising B2C: Apparel / Home, Furnishings & Furniture / Accessories
- Working knowledge of e-commerce concepts around the relationship between sales and margin
- High proficiency with Excel
- The successful candidate has impeccable project management skills and is experienced at driving operational excellence in a digital environment. Also has experience in developing a process beginning with receipt of product to a finished good status
- Excellent skills in collaboration and influence both internally and with external partners
- Strong communicator and team player
