Position : Sales Lead
Product : Invisible Braces
Location : Mumbai
Reporting to : CEO
Job Description :
1. Be the face of the company with regard to clear aligner sales and tie-ups
2. This would include tie-ups with dentists, labs and any other channels for selling of clear aligners. Also, tie-up with re-sellers to ensure Clear Aligner sales
3. Build a team and provide them with direction and manager KPIs
4. Motivate and train team members on product and pitch as well as sales process
5. Manage the complete Sales process/funnel from Lead generation to closure
6. Formulate strategies to generate leads with budget planning for the same
7. Set daily, weekly, monthly targets for the team for both empanelment of resellers as well as Clear Aligner Sales and ensure achievement of these targets
8. Track team performance and conduct reviews in a timely manner
9. Need to be hands-on and get involved at any stage to ensure closure of deals and manage hurdles
10. Interact with the marketing/digital team to design sales collateral and run marketing/lead generation campaigns
Required Skill-Set/Experience :
- 7-10 years of strong sales experience with a minimum of 2 years- experience in building/managing teams with solid understanding of sales fundamentals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, ability to motivate the team to achieve desired sales results
- Proven skills in Sales Planning and managing profitability of the department
- Ability to take decisions based on data and sound logical arguments
- Self-starter/multi-tasker, confident and open to working in a fast paced and changing environment
