- Achieving of Business targets as per the AOP plan for Investments unit
- Ensuring smooth cross department collaboration
- Conducting business reviews on business performances& publishing daily, weekly & monthly reports
- Detailed month on month sales planning & end to end sales tracking channel wise
- Campaign planning and execution of right campaigns and track performances.
- The person will also need to be a strong planner - detailed and focused on operational efficiency and at the same time be compliant to bank's existing processes/compliance.
- Previous experience in Sales especially Retail liabilities
- Digital Journey optimizations
- Business planning synthesizing from multiple sources including Senior Management, Business Heads, Product Managers and functional group members.
- Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics - end to end funnel tracking
- Ensure effective processes implementation and drive cross team collaborations
- Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion / presentations for improving those processes.
- Effective and persuasive project presentations (verbal and written) for stake holders and business leaders.
- Weekly, monthly reporting latest trends, data consolidation and validation. Release of Insights, business performances, trends and MIS reconciliations.
- Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel and Presentation Making skills
- Driving team members or agency resources to achieve business goal.
- 20% bandwidth might go in leading product management such as new online journey creations.
