- Intranet / Extranet / HRMS/ Project Leap Ahead/ MIS reports/ QR code
- Responsible to attend and resolve intranet related calls. It includes FMS, HRMS, LMS, Scrap Proposals, MIS and Sales reports. Need to act as a coordinator between end users and BEL IT programmers.
- Responsible to provide extranet access and support to authenticated dealers, distributors and vendors. It includes TOC as well as Non-TOC dealers, distributors and vendors.
- Responsible for onsite implementation and technical support of Quick Response (QR) code at vendor's factories located in PAN India.
- Responsible to frame DML and DDL queries in SQL language. Basic knowledge in SQL server or Oracle is added advantage.
- Support to External Stake Holders like Dealers, Vendors using Manage Engine, Mails, Phone Calls, remotely taking Desktop/Mobile Screens. Dealers are using Tally software for recording their Sales and Stock. Responsible for monitoring the Data Integration between Tally Software and Intranet on daily basis.
- Achieve the Service Level Agreement of all Dealers and finished goods suppliers support
- To manage the vendor who takes care of Retailers and DSO of organization
- Microsoft Collaboration Support & Services
- Responsible to give technical support for share point applications i.e. VMS, DCR/DCN, Learning & Development, Book-o-mania, conference room booking, Guest house booking, NPD, product quality feedback.
- Responsible to give L1 technical support to Microsoft collaborations tools MS Planner, One Drive, Yammer etc.
- Responsible to maintain the SLA defined in manage engine ticketing tool.
- Responsible to create training document & user manuals of existing & new applications
- Responsible to give training to users on functionality & flow of SharePoint applications
- Ticketing tool management
- Responsible to handle Manage Engine ticketing tool
- Closely work with vendor partner for required changes to be done in the tool.
- Make sure application uptime 99% and involve if any migration activity
- Responsible for on time license renewal and monitor utilization of its features
- Monitoring of application Servers and following the SOPs decided for release management
- Responsible to move application changes on production server through SVN/GitHub
- Responsible to release in house developed mobile applications versions on android and iOS
- Responsible to handle all customer applications servers includes Intranet, CRM, Test, LMS, shooper9, MVC, Manage engine. Ensure 99% uptime
- Schedule the jobs on Microsoft server on various applications and regularly monitors it
- Responsible to maintain the required space on server. May need to coordinate with server team to space issue/hang/reboot/virus.
- Responsible to coordinate for server migration activity and intimate all stakeholders in advance
- Support SAP Success Factors (We World) & Integrations Touch Points for S4Hana
- Responsible to handle support related calls of We world (HRMS) portal
- Responsible to handle the integration touch points for S4Hana
- Announce to all stakeholders on new features or downtime
- Coordinate with vendor if need to update knowledge or L3 level call
